Statutory and compensation pay amounts, used to calculate payment for sickness absence, redundancy and unfair dismissal awards, are changing this year.
As from 1 February 2012, a statutory week's pay, which is most commonly used to calculate statutory redundancy pay and an unfair dismissal basic award, will increase from £400 to £430.
