| This is a position for a
competent and experienced
Accounts / Administration
Manager. The main accounts duties
will include dealing with
purchase ledger, sales ledger,
credit control, producing monthly
reports, bank reconciliation, VAT
returns, insurance, office
equipment, stationery orders,
travel arrangements andpreparing
information for payroll. Other
tasks will include filing,
answering the telephone, dealing
with incoming and outgoing mail,
responding to e-mails, data input
and any other duties as required.
It is essential that the suitable
candidate has previous office
experience and good typing and IT
skills especially MS Excel. |
