These
free of charge breakfast seminars will give delegates an overview of recent changes in employment law and those due to come into effect in the near future. Topics covered will include:

Michael Legge, Associate, JMW Solicitors LLP
Michael has extensive experience in advising large national companies in both contentious and non-contentious matters of Employment Law including:
- Disciplinary and grievance issues including unfair dismissal;
- All aspects of discrimination under the Equality Act 2010;
- TUPE;
- Redundancies; and
- Settlement Agreements.
Michael has gained specific experience in the retail, logistics and healthcare sectors.
In addition, Michael has particular expertise in immigration matters advising businesses on bringing overseas nationals into the UK to work. Michael advises on all right to work issues, compliance checks and audits, sponsorship licences and responding to penalty notices from the Home Office for breaches of compliance.
Michael graduated from the University of Leeds with a law degree in 2003 and completed his LPC at Nottingham Law School in 2005.
Michael trained with Halliwells LLP (now Gately plc) in Manchester before spending nine years with DAC Beachcroft LLP in Manchester.
Michael is a big sports fan and enjoys watching and playing football and golf when not spending time with his young family.
