Are you fit to fight?

On Thursday the 30th of July we're hosting a unique, free one hour taster event at Ty Menai, Parc Menai in Bangor.

Entitled Fit To Fight the session will be led by one of the UK's most respected martial arts instructors, Renshi Mark Sciberras, and is aimed at anyone with an interest in martial arts or self-defence.

The session will provide some practical self-defence tips and also explore how this exciting, hands-on sport can help boost health levels, whilst managing stress and other work-related issues. 

Aimed at anyone who has a slight interest in Martial arts and learning some practical self-defence  tips – you may be a lone worker, or work in a vulnerable area or just want to boost your own confidence.
