Employment Law Update: Stay Ahead of the Changes

With 2026 set to bring unprecedented changes to employment legislation, employers and HR professionals can’t afford to fall behind. Supertemps is pleased to invite north Wales employers to our online Employment Law Update for 2026, delivered by  JMW LLP.

This focused, practical webinar is designed for employers, HR managers, business owners and anyone responsible for staff.  Attendees will gain a clear understanding of what’s changed, what’s coming, and how new legislation could impact your business.

While the event remains free to attend, this year we are proud to be hosting it in support of the wonderful Ty Gobaith Children’s Hospice. Following injury, Supertemps Managing Director Sarah Ellwood is unable to run the London Marathon for Ty Gobaith this year but Supertemps has adopted the charity as our Charity of the Year and will fundraise throughout the year to support the vital work of the hospice.  All donations will be most gratefully received and can be donated here.

Webinar Topics:

  • The Employment Rights Act – what is coming into force this year and what changes were made to the Bill before it received Royal Assent
  • A case law roundup
  • Q & A
