The REC is the voice of the recruitment industry, driving standards and empowering recruiters to be brilliant.  We adhere to the REC Code of Practice, keep abreast of changes to legislation via their legal updates and webinars and our recruitment professionals all gain professional qualifications through the REC.  

The Employment Agents Movement (TEAM)

TEAM is the largest independent agency group in the UK and offers members national reach with local knowledge.  We benefit from an extended network of independent and passionate recruiters to enhance the hiring reach for our clients and find the very best vacancies for our candidates. 

Gangmasters & Labour Abuse Authority

Having passed inspection and vetting by the GLAA we are pleased to offer our clients a compliant service in respect of placing labour into the fresh produce supply chain and horticulture industry.  A GLAA licence is required to supply into these sectors. 

Iaith Gwaith/Working Welsh Scheme

The “Iaith Gwaith” logo, commissioned by the Welsh Language Office, is widely recognised as indicating that an individual speaks, or is learning, Welsh.  At Supertemps we have several fluent Welsh Speakers and others who have recognised the importance of the language and are committed to learning.  These individuals make use of the Iaith Gwaith lanyards and badges and we also intend to develop the logo on email footers of all Welsh speaking staff.
