Referencing

We strongly recommend that you seek references for each permanent employee engaged to guarantee their credibility.  We can do this on your behalf on request.  As a matter of course we take up references, and verify right to work in the UK, for all temporary workers.   

We can also offer DBS checking services, if relevant for the post.

Offer management

We’ll support you right through to the final stages of the hiring process, ensuring that you secure your new hire in your ideal timescales, at the right salary level and we’ll “hand hold” through any notice period to avoid non-commencement. 

Aftercare

We will keep in touch with you and your new hire in those first crucial weeks to ensure continued success. 

We offer a 3 month guarantee period for every permanent placement.  In the unlikely event that the hire is unsuccessful, we will replace the candidate at no extra charge, and if we can’t find someone right for you, you will qualify for a rebate in line with our Terms of Business. 

For permanent placements you will only be invoiced once an appointment has been made.  If there is no hire, then there will be no fee – it really is that simple. 

And for temporary assignments you will only be billed for hours actually worked.  Leave the recruitment and payroll burden to us whilst you get on with your day job.  Simples.
