Congratulations to Shannon on qualifications success and promotion

We are thrilled to congratulate Shannon Jones on her recent achievement of passing the REC Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice. 

Shannon’s dedication, hard work, and commitment has paid dividends and she will now step up to become Recruitment Consultant in Supertemps Colwyn Bay branch.

The REC Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice is no small feat. The syllabus covers everything from sales techniques to legal and ethical requirements in recruitment, as well as relationship management, recruitment operations, and the recruitment marketplace.

Shannon joined Supertemps back in 2021 and has done an excellent job as Senior Recruitment Resourcer for the Colwyn Bay and North-East Wales branches.  She will now assist fulfilling commercial permanent and temporary placements across Denbighshire, Flintshire, Wrexham and Conwy.
