The REC Compliance Assessment is a rigorous examination of a recruitment agency’s adherence to legal and ethical responsibilities. Covering areas such as employment legislation, data protection, right to work checks, and client/candidate conduct, the test ensures that member agencies meet the REC’s stringent Code of Professional Practice. Scoring 100% confirms that Supertemps continues to operate at the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and legal compliance.
